1 Response to Two Oceans Marathon Road Closures

For next year I would suggest that you include in the road closure for Hout Bay that all inter leading small roads into the main road will be closed until a certain time. e.g from 7.30am to 11.30am.
I was a spectator this morning and watched people arguing with the marshal that they could not get in nor out of Penzance Avenue. This is the only road out of Penzance into the main road and the residence get quite strop-pie at times. May be even have a notice at the bottom of the road giving the closure times. This is not the first time that this has happened. The argument this morning was that on the net it did not say Penzance road would be closed. This may apply to other parts of road closures as well people can be self centered at times and need to be fed like babies. Thanks for the coverage on TV and all the work you put into this race much appreciated even though I am not a runner. Regards LorraineSchwartz
