Portfolio's Indaba Stand Makes the Front Page

Posted Mon, 10 May 2010 (2 years ago)

Portfolio Collection's eyecatching stand at this year's Indaba grabbed the attention of the press as well as gasps of admiration from visitors to the annual Tourism event in KZN.

And with good reason.

The larger than life bead and wire football players that grace this year's stand are hard to miss and easy to admire.

The following photograph (by talented photographer Jaques Naude) of Liz Westby-Nunn (Portfolio owner and CEO) made it to the front page of The Mercury today.

The caption reads:

"Liz Westby-Nunn dusting off 'Bicycle Kick' by Cape Town artist Enoch Mpofu at the Portfolio Collection stand, Tourism Indaba, ICC."

Another images of our stand - don't forget - both of these iconic sculptures from African Allsorts are for sale - see details here.

Awesome news. Great picture. I was up in Durban over the weekend for the Sharks-Stormers Super14 rugby and was lucky enough to see the Portfolio Stand at Indaba. The Wire Statue is truly amazing, and it really is larger than life! :) Nice work once again Portfolio.
