Just read over on Chris Rawlinson’s blog about the new Nike Sportwear range made especially with the 2010 World Cup in mind. The limited edition range has been named ‘Bleed your Colours’ and showcases work from 6 designers, out of 6 countries, including home grown designer Kronk (real name Kris Hewitt).
According to Rawling’s, who attended the launch, this is the first time that Nike Sportswear have collaborated with a South African designer.
Items from the Nike / Kronk range are retailing at Shelf Life for between R499 and R899 for the various items.
I think this video clip created for the launch (and featuring Kronk at 35 secs) is pretty funky. Love the local vibe!
