Our deliciously healthy Garlic, Coriander and Yoghurt Dip is very more-ish and 5 minutes is all you need!
Super simple for those in a hurry, and ideal to cater for last minute and unexpected guests, who will be uber-impressed. This yummy dip is great with chips, crudités and even spread on crackers or rice cakes:

1 Large Tub Plain Yoghurt (500ml)
At least 5 garlic cloves (more if you love garlic) – peeled and crushed
A bunch of coriander – rinsed and chopped (including the stalks)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl – how much garlic and how much coriander depends on your personal preference, but the more flavour the better. The good news is that this dip lasts for days - well, that is if you can resist dipping into it!
